Will whitening damage my teeth?

Whitening does not damage or weaken the enamel. It does produce sensitivity in some patients, which is studied before starting the treatment and is combated with desensitising agents. This sensitivity is reversible and no permanent damage is done to the tooth.

What are dental veneers?

These are sheets of material that are placed on top of damaged teeth. They generally cover the front teeth, correcting shape, size, position and colour. They can be made of various materials, the most common being ceramic or porcelain and composite. Depending on the case, the dentist will recommend one material or another.
